After pretty much writing off Chinese food in Buenos Aires, I finally had a dish that was really good…
We ordered the Pollo Saltado Kon Pao (Picante) (Kung Pao chicken) from Dragón Porteño at Arribeños 2137 ($56 pesos), and it was the closest thing I’ve had to NYC-style Chinese food since I’ve been here. It was actually a bit spicy too! Their dumplings and scallion pancakes were also quite good. And, they deliver to us which is even better!
I still have to try the more upscale Shi Yuan too, but it’s nice to have some options for Chinese in BA.
