UPDATE: As of March 24, 2016, the reciprocity fee is no longer required for US passport holders.
As we reported earlier, the Argentine reciprocity fee must now be paid in advance of coming to Argentina for all ports of entry including cruise passengers. This is just a reminder that you must also print out proof of payment and bring it with you to the airport! Failing to do that can cause you to be denied boarding. This also applies to Buquebus boats coming from Uruguay.
It seems as if the airlines are now sending out reminders to passengers as well. We just booked a Delta flight and received the following email:
So, remember to bring that print out with you!
